This is a revolutionary kit that allows the Ws series to perform the orthogonal overlay welding on the faces and/or shoulders of the holes to be machined. Essential in applications where restoring the thicknesses of the shoulders and/or housings is required to ensure a perfect coupling of the components.

The ORTHOGONAL OVERLAY WELDING KIT is equipped with an automatic mechanical radial feed system that allows for a spiral overlay welding; combined with the KIT 2000 (MILLING KIT), it restores the over-worn part to its original conditions.
