TOP SERIES
The TOP series has been designed for extremely precise on-site turning operations on extreme external and internal cylindrical faces and surfaces of tubular bodies that are fixed, immovable or impossible to rotate.
The TOP series is entirely managed by a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) control panel. Our portable CNC orbital lathes perform any geometric profile: internal or external curved and rectilinear interpolations, standard and tapered threading, simple and shaped facing, multi-level cylindrical grooving.

Sir Meccanica’s machine tools are extremely versatile, finding application on all sectors of industry. They can be used for repair and maintenance of any tubular body and can work in any position.
Thanks to their portability, our machine tools do the work directly on-site, avoiding dismantling, transportation costs and downtime of the equipment to be repaired.
The costs of these machine tools can be amortized in a short time. They are easy to use and don’t require specialized technicians. Once the machine is placed on the component to be repaired, it works semi-automatically, reducing machining time of 95%.
The machine tools are equipped with a control panel, that has a touch screen display. The CNC interface is simple and intuitive. In addition to the possibility of creating programs manually, it is also possible to execute files created through sophisticated CAM programs without having to type any commands. The three modes FILE, JOG and MDI are fully supported and can be used together.
