The WTMax is a portable and electronically controlled machine tool for internal cylindrical threads. It is generally created based on specific customer requirements and, therefore, the machining ranges, thread diameters, longitudinal stroke, lengths and pitches can be customized by taking into account the individual needs.
Inside the WTMax, a mechanical device slides according to the rotation direction set, providing the tool with the appropriate axial feed needed to produce the thread with the correct pitch. By replacing the internal device, the machine tool will create different threads.

Sir Meccanica's machine tools are extremely versatile and, as they are portable, they can be used for applications on any hole to be repaired. Thanks to our WTMax, the worn-out equipment (even if large) no longer needs to be transported to a specialized workshop for repair.
The cost of our machine tools can be amortized in a short time, thanks to the variety of possible maintenance and repair applications throughout the industrial sector.
The machine is equipped with an electronic control panel which display allows the operator to monitor the entire manufacturing process and to intervene promptly if necessary.
