Sir Meccanica’s machine tools are extremely versatile, finding application on all sectors of industry. They can be used for repair and maintenance of any tubular body and can work in any position. 

Thanks to their portability, our machine tools do the work directly on-site, avoiding dismantling, transportation costs and downtime of the equipment to be repaired. 

The costs of these machine tools can be amortized in a short time. They are easy to use and don’t require specialized technicians. Once the machine is placed on the component to be repaired, it works semi-automatically, reducing machining time of 95%.

The cutting movements are managed entirely by a control panel, created to carry out cutting operations on surfaces surrounding the machine.
The machine has motorized and electronically controlled movements over six degrees of freedom.
