Linear Cutting - Sir Meccanica

Linear Cutting
LINEAR CUTTING is a process for removing chips that covers many areas and types of machining. It features a cutting tool (milling cutter or cutting disc) set to rotate, which combined with the translational motion on one or more axes, allows chips to be removed from the component to be machined. The wide range of processes that can be performed (facing, contouring, creating pockets and guides, component cutting, etc.) makes it impossible to limit it to some specific sectors, but it transversally covers the entire mechanical processing sector.
The series of multifunctional Sir Meccanica's machines, and in particular the SM 500, are widely used in the field of component cutting, thanks to their modular and configurable nature that can satisfy any market requirement.
