The RW 2010 machine is the ideal solution for those who need to perform only overlay welding inside tubular bodies.
Easy to handle and compact, our internal overlay welding machine tool can be installed in any position. The axial feed allows to recover the 220 mm (7.87”) feed step, without changing the radial position of the welding torch. It allows to perform:

Sir Meccanica's machine tools are extremely versatile and can be used on any worn-out hole. Furthermore, the equipment to be repaired (even the largest machine) no longer needs to be transported to a specialised workshop, precisely because our machines have been designed to be portable.
The RW machines are easy to use and, once placed on the hole that needs to be repaired, they work directly on it, semi-automatically and in any position.
