Internal Supports

The INTERNAL SUPPORTS are innovative and simple systems that make the work extremely precise and effective, even on indefinite lengths. They are divided into:

FIXED INTERNAL SUPPORT
Internal support that can be assembled with modular punches of different sizes. Each punch can be adjusted independently, making it easier to center surfaces that are not perfectly circular.
These supports, coupled in series, can be applied instantly and are very useful when machining coaxial hinges placed one after the other.
SELF-CENTERING INTERNAL SUPPORT
Tightening the screw, using the special key supplied, allows the support to be positioned and fixed inside the tube to be machined.
The compact design allows the support to be installed inside tubes with a small diameter and size.
SLIDING SELF-CENTERING SUPPORT WITH PNEUMATIC EXPANSION
The self-centering device slides together with the tool and the shaft, which rotates inside it. Placed after the tool, the support acts as a shock absorber, reducing the cutting vibrations.
By centering itself on a well-finished surface, the device guides and keeps the shaft constantly in line. It ensures maximum precision, in any condition and on any length.
FIXED MECHANICAL CENTERING SUPPORT
Using the long-articulated key supplied, it is possible to move each punch of the support, by adjusting its expansion remotely and operating on the relative screws.
It can be used inside deep and inaccessible cylindrical cavities. Excellent for centering on surfaces that are not perfectly circular.
