The RSX⁹ machines are portable electronic precision boring machines for large bodies with cylindrical cavities that develop in length and are not accessible to conventional machines.
These machines allow immediate grinding and aligning on large dimensions and on indefinite length, directly on-site.
Able to satisfy the highest quality standards, both in terms of geometric tolerances and surface finish, the RSX⁹ series is adaptable and flexible in any situation.

Sir Meccanica’s machine tools are extremely versatile, finding application on all sectors of industry. They can be used for repair and maintenance of any tubular body and can work in any position.
Thanks to their portability, our machine tools do the work directly on-site, avoiding dismantling, transportation costs and downtime of the equipment to be repaired.
The costs of these machine tools can be amortized in a short time. They are easy to use and don’t require specialized technicians. Once the machine is placed on the component to be repaired, it works semi-automatically, reducing machining time of 95%.
The entire processing and handling system is managed electronically through interactions with transducers, which allow the constant monitoring and setting of cutting and feed parameters.
