Eco-sustainability
With 18,000 m² of outdoor area and 4,800 m² of covered area, our company is looking towards an eco-sustainable future. The modernisation of the plant starts from introducing solar panels, which make the structure and the entire on-site process, from design to production, from customer service to shipping, self-sufficient in terms of energy.
In Sir Meccanica we manufacture multifunctional portable machine tools - but also values, responsibilities, and a clear vision of the future environment. For this reason, we adopted a sustainable
production process aimed at reducing waste and pollutant emissions, recognizing the importance of
protecting natural resources and ensuring a future for the next generations.
This approach aligns with the principles of a circular economy, where production waste is seen as a
resource to be reused. We are committed to recovering materials such as aluminium, steel, plastics, and
water, with benefits that are both environmental and economical. Key actions include:
- use of renewable or recycled raw materials;
- extending product life cycles;
- recovering and recycling raw materials and production waste.
We promote a form of industrial symbiosis, in which waste is reintroduced into the production cycle,
avoiding landfill disposal. In doing so, we demonstrate that it is possible to innovate and make the
manufacturing sector more sustainable. Because building the future starts with the choices we make today.

In fact, our company cares about regularly updating and training our staff within a perspective of long-life learning, which allows Sir Meccanica to maintain its profile of excellence.Complex geometries become possible and easy to produce, with 5-axis continuous machines or with 7-axis multitasking turning centers, thanks to the high generation skills acquired in 3D CAD and CAM software.
